           Lee Moss, chairman and chief executive officer, and Ben Weatherford, president, of MidSouth Bank (in organization) in Murfreesboro, have announced that Debbie Dunkerson and Holly Prescott have joined the bank.

           Dunkerson is assistant vice president in the bank operations department. She is a graduate of Oakland High School and began her banking career in 1989 at First City Bank (AmSouth Bank) as a customer service representative. She had extensive experience as operations manager and network administrator at Bank of Murfreesboro prior to joining MidSouth Bank (in organization). For three years, Dunkerson served as assistant data processing manager and customer support for Fidata in Franklin.

           Dunkerson received the Daughters of the American Revolution Award in 1989. She is a member of International Who's Who of Professional Management and a member of the National Association of Female Executives. She, her husband James and son Bruce are members of Bible Church of Jesus.

           Prescott joins the bank as a registered sales assistant in the investment department, which is affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services.

           She is a graduate of North Pole High School in North Pole, Alaska. She attended classes through American Institution of Banking and attended the Investment Training Institute.

           Prescott began her banking career in 1987 at First American National Bank in Nashville as a commercial accounts services representative. Most recently she was a registered sales Assistant with SunTrust Securities in Murfreesboro. She has broad experience in banking, having performed the duties as personal account services administrative specialist, certified commercial banking representative, and personal banker. Prescott and her husband Rich, son Jesse and daughter Paige live in Murfreesboro.

           "We at MidSouth Bank (in organization) are delighted to have both Holly and Debbie join our team," Moss said. "I have had the privilege of working with them for some period of time and am very pleased with their professionalism and customer service-oriented approach," he said.
