    Jennifer Glasgow Promoted to Assistant Vice President

           MURFREESBORO, TN – Lee Moss, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Ben Weatherford, President and Chief Operations Officer, of MIDSOUTH BANK have announced that Jennifer Glasgow has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Glasgow will be Team Leader at the Memorial Boulevard Office, 2415 Memorial Boulevard, when it opens in early winter.

          Glasgow received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from California State University in Long Beach, CA. in 1986. She has worked with a local financial institution and most recently was employed as a Senior Registered Account Administrator with Wachovia Securities in Murfreesboro.

          Glasgow's community involvement includes the Read to Succeed program which promotes family literacy; Pass The Salt; and Youth With A Mission where she participated in a five-month mission trip serving in Fiji.

          Glasgow, husband, Vince, and their children Sarah, Sam and Olivia attend World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro.

          "I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for several years and highly value the professionalism and courtesy she extends to her customers," stated Chairman Lee Moss. "She will provide excellent guidance in her role as Team Leader of the bank's Memorial Boulevard Office," he continued. "We are looking forward to Jennifer's strong approach in growing our business on the north side of Murfreesboro."
