Jones received a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in Finance from the University of Tennessee.

Jones began her career at Third National Bank in Nashville 21 years ago. She held various positions at other financial institutions, primarily in middle market commercial lending and underwriting, before joining MidSouth Bank in July 2006. In her present role as Vice President of Business Product Management, Jones is responsible for directing the development, implementation, and marketing of, as well as the training on, banking services directed toward meeting the needs of business customers. In this position, she also oversees the sales and operational support of treasury management services. Additionally, Jones serves in a credit administration capacity, managing the bank’s credit analysis area and providing support and resources toward the development of and training on loan policy.

Jones has been involved in various community activities including tutoring and supporting community projects through her church. Jones was awarded the Distinguished Sales & Marketing Award while at a former financial institution.

She and her daughter, Alli, have lived in Smyrna for 13 years, moving from Knoxville, TN. They are members of Smyrna Assembly church where Jones is actively involved in the Worship Arts and Children’s Ministries.
