MIDSOUTH BANK ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF MARSHA REEVES SAALFELD Murfreesboro, TN – Lee Moss, Chairman and CEO and Ben Weatherford, President and COO have announced that Marsha Saalfeld has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Loan Originator. Saalfeld joined MidSouth in June 2006 after leaving Primary Residential Mortgage where she was the owner of the company for eighteen months. She currently works with realtors, family, and friends who serve as an excellent data base for referrals and repeat business. Saalfeld graduated from Oakland High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree, with emphasis in Public Relations, from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She has been a mortgage loan originator for ten years after moving back to Murfreesboro after three years spent as an originator in California. Saalfeld also served as an events coordinator in Atlanta for the 1996 Olympics. She believes in being involved in her community where she is the 2007 Chairperson for the American Heart Association in Rutherford County. Saalfeld is a graduate of Leadership Rutherford and is a member of Women's Council of Realtors. She and husband, Ben, have two boys, Owen 4 and Reagan 2. They attend World Outreach Church. "Marsha, a Murfreesboro native, brings to our bank ten years of mortgage lending experience with the commitment of a dedicated team member who believes in superior customer service," said Lee Moss.
