Karren Welborn joined MidSouth Bank May 2007 as the Team Leader/Assistant Vice President of the Mortgage Department.

Karren is a native of Knoxville and moved to Murfreesboro in July 1997. She has been in the mortgage business for 15 years and in financial services for 24 years. She has served in all facets of the mortgage business in the Knoxville, Chattanooga and Murfreesboro markets.

She is the current treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors . She and her husband, Steve have two children, Ashton 18 and Codie 17. They attend Northside Baptist Church, where they are on the welcome team and in the choir.
